this week HOPEFULLY will be handover of the property that DD has bought - it looks lovely, I hope she will be really happy there, she needs her space now she's 26.  HOPEFULLY again exchange of contracts and completion COULD take place this week if the Solicitors get their bloody fingers out and get cracking.
